Winning my ex girlfriend back?

She dumped after 6 months and now is seeing another guy at work the following week. it was a weak breakup and mild she was upset we haven't been getting along. However she spent alot of time with me and at my house everyday i believe deep down she has feelings for me. As a result of her decision everyone at work has taken my side including her best friend because they know how much a genuine nice guy i am and she has no friends now except this new guy there. Could i win her back? I already deleted her and him off my facebook and all the pictures etc. I did this to show im tough and will move on. She does know i am a little upset by the breakup but im turning that around i.e deleting her from my friends list no contact so she will miss me however we do work together!!. I like all opinions and advice thank you so much for reading.
