My rat makes squeaking noises. Is it because she's frightened?

Nothing to worry about. She is just making noise the way birds like to tweet. But if she sounds wheezy, then keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't have an respiratory infection. (a cold) if she starts to sneeze then call the vet and see what they say. Bye!
