What a good bulky water type pokemon?

well a swampert or blastiose would be tyhe best, but of course u cant get one. Get like a goldduck and train it a lot. If u are a beginner then train a small water pokemon. THEN IT WILL BE REALLY STRONG when its a higher lvl.
