How do I deal with an overly passive Taurus and an annoying Gemini?

Well hello Libra, i'm going to take a stab at this. The Taurus doesn't know what he wants and the anger you feel from him not knowing is making you more attracted to him. The Gemini ONLY wants you and this is very clingy and annoying. Let the Taurus know that he needs to make some plans and then give it a week. If he doesn't get back to you, **** him. Well don't have sex with him just forget about him. Just ignore the Gemini. I know it may be mean but it's probably for the best. Even though I don't know much about these two boys/men I think I can fairly say neither of them are for you. You need a free spirit. You are beautiful and fun. Best of luck
